About the role

  • Manage payroll end-to-end: collect, verify and input variable elements (working hours, absences, bonuses, etc.)
  • Calculate salaries and complete social declarations in compliance with deadlines and regulations
  • Handle specific situations: part-time work, long-term illness, disability, workplace accidents
  • Serve as the primary payroll point of contact for internal teams
  • Work closely with Finance and Human Resources teams
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the payroll system
  • Produce reporting, controls and analyses to secure payroll processes
  • Propose improvements to payroll tools, methods and processes
  • Actively participate in the payroll software migration project from Sage to Silae
  • Manage and secure a parallel payroll run on Sage and Silae during a 3-month transitional period (January to March)
  • Support change management and upskill teams on the new tool

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree level (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally in a large organization (1,000+ employees)
  • Strong expertise in social legislation and payroll
  • Good command of HRIS (Workday appreciated) and experience with various payroll software
  • Knowledge of Sage and/or Silae is a plus
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace)
  • Professional working proficiency in English is appreciated
