About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect new clients and identify strategic business opportunities;
- Lead high-complexity negotiations with C-Level executives;
- Prepare commercial proposals for global and multi-region operations;
- Lead strategic RFP processes;
- Develop strategies to expand and grow the client portfolio;
- Collaborate with Implementation and IT teams to support technical pre-sales;
- Serve as the commercial point of reference for the team, sharing knowledge and supporting strategic negotiations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related fields;
- Proven experience in Sales within a TMC (Travel Management Company);
- Experience serving and negotiating with multinational clients;
- Advanced knowledge of OBTs (Online Booking Tools);
- Experience with Nimbi, Coupa and Ariba platforms is a plus;
- Advanced or fluent English (required).
