About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect new clients and identify strategic business opportunities;
  • Lead high-complexity negotiations with C-Level executives;
  • Prepare commercial proposals for global and multi-region operations;
  • Lead strategic RFP processes;
  • Develop strategies to expand and grow the client portfolio;
  • Collaborate with Implementation and IT teams to support technical pre-sales;
  • Serve as the commercial point of reference for the team, sharing knowledge and supporting strategic negotiations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Proven experience in Sales within a TMC (Travel Management Company);
  • Experience serving and negotiating with multinational clients;
  • Advanced knowledge of OBTs (Online Booking Tools);
  • Experience with Nimbi, Coupa and Ariba platforms is a plus;
  • Advanced or fluent English (required).
