About the role
- Handling and managing domestic and international air travel requests, with a focus on groups.
- Issuing, rebooking, and managing group and individual airline tickets.
- Negotiating with airlines and maintaining direct client relationships.
- Using GDS systems and airline portals.
- Providing air support for events, including on-call shifts and on-site assistance when required.
- Ensuring operational excellence, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- GDS Sabre (mandatory).
- Proven experience with international groups and international air travel requests.
- Experience with national airline portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an organized work style.
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts and during events.
- Spanish (desired).
- GDS Amadeus (desired).
- Previous experience with corporate events.
- Experience working in high-demand environments and providing consultative service.
