About the role

  • Enter approved proposals into the Inteegra system;
  • Check whether the supplier's CNPJ (tax ID) is already registered and, if not, request registration via the EDW system;
  • Register new suppliers in Inteegra using the correct SAP code;
  • Validate the Excel file sent by the coordinator against entries in Inteegra, verifying fees and amounts;
  • Identify inconsistencies in the Excel file and report them to the coordinator;
  • Approve the proposal submitted in the system;
  • Support the team with various tasks: sourcing suppliers, contacting suppliers by phone, and following up on invoices for closing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education;
  • Experience in administrative or operational activities;
  • Knowledge of Excel and management systems (advantage: Inteegra, SAP, EDW).
