About the role

  • Act as the technical lead for the BI team, supporting the definition of solutions, standards, and best practices;
  • Actively participate in the development and evolution of dashboards, reports, and metrics;
  • Organize, prioritize, and monitor the demand backlog, ensuring clarity of scope, deadlines, and responsibilities;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal areas and the BI team;
  • Ensure adherence to agreed deadlines and SLAs, proactively addressing risks and blockers;
  • Provide technical support to the team in resolving analytical problems and challenges;
  • Ensure the quality, reliability, and governance of the data used;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and team deliveries;
  • Support the BI manager in routine management and area performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields;
  • Previous experience as a technical reference, tech lead, or supervisor of data teams;
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI;
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, metrics, and visualization;
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL;
  • Experience interfacing with business areas and managing multiple demands;
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
