Global Pricing & Commercial Excellence Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the development and deployment of best practices, processes, and analytics to enhance sales performance and decision-making.
- Build organizational capabilities through targeted training and hands-on enablement, while defining and steering improvement initiatives either directly or by coaching others to execute improvement projects.
- Act as global owner of the CRM platform, ensuring adoption, data quality, and continuous enhancement to support sales effectiveness.
- Own and continuously optimize the pricing tool, ensuring strong user adoption and full alignment with commercial and OTC processes.
- Manage and streamline pricing processes, including the facilitation of annual global price updates and the execution of mass price changes throughout the year, ensuring consistency, compliance and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities and implement improvements to streamline workflows, enhance systems, and increase commercial discipline globally.
- Lead and drive improvements in system connectivity and data flow across Salesforce, pricing tools, and SAP to enable seamless commercial execution.
- Manage the bi-annual APM Net Promoter Score (NPS®) survey and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Establish and manage a Commercial Excellence KPI framework to monitor commercial performance and drive fact-based decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Marketing to ensure alignment of commercial processes, tools, and data.
- Coordinate and manage global rebates and commissions, ensuring accurate calculation and timely execution in line with commercial policies and performance objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Marketing, Science or Technical discipline.
- Knowledge and past experiences in commercial excellence, continuous improvements, CRM tools and SAP.
- LSS Green or Black Belt certification is appreciated
- Ability to quickly understand rules of the market and play with them in a meaningful way.
- Experience with managing internal and external contacts and networks.
- Influencing skills and consultative skills needed as well as good vision and judgment skills.
- Good verbal and written skills of English.
- Respect and understanding for cultural sensitivity and cultural differences in a business environment.
- An open mindset, natural curiosity and active listening skills.
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relations with a wide variety of functional disciplines in a global business environment.
