- gain experience in accounting and finance processes with focus on accuracy, compliance, and internal controls
- exposed to financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlling
- develop understanding of financial statements, month-end closing routines, and how financial data supports decision-making
- learn best practices in financial governance, risk management, and continuous improvement
- gain exposure to other key business functions and understand how finance partners with the business
- learn fundamentals of business controlling including performance analysis, KPI tracking, and investments
- introduced to basic tax, treasury, and audit principles

Requirements
What you’ll need- Master degree in Accounting.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Good active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Languages: English and another language fluent.
- EU Category B Driving License
