About the role
- Own the domain specific strategy.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your product area—from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Design and optimize onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-value and minimize friction for new customers.
- Use data-driven insights to identify conversion barriers, diagnose adoption challenges, and implement strategies that improve engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver features and workflows that balance technical excellence with customer impact.
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics to stakeholders.
- Prioritize and resolve customer-impacting issues quickly, coordinating across teams to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product enhancements.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication materials to support internal alignment and customer education.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
- Proven experience designing customer onboarding experiences and improving conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve adoption and engagement.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and customer success principles; understanding of Accounts Payable workflows is a plus.
