Product Manager

• Create clear, structured PRDs, feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain accurate product documentation across Notion, Linear, and internal workflows.
• Translate business needs into well-defined requirements with rationale and tradeoffs.
• Help maintain the product roadmap by sequencing work based on impact, complexity, and dependencies.
• Partner with senior PMs and leadership to run lightweight prioritization processes.
• Manage sprint planning inputs and ensure teams have what they need to execute.
• Hold engineering to a high standard of product quality — functional, visual, and experiential.
• Review builds before release; validate functionality against requirements.
• Coordinate QA efforts, run checklists, and ensure defects are addressed quickly.
• Use SQL queries and our BI tooling to ask questions to understand performance and user behavior.
• Track success metrics for features (adoption, usage, retention, quality).
• Synthesize insights from data, user feedback, and coach conversations.
• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and coach-facing teams.
• Drive alignment through clear communication, structured updates, and fast follow-ups.
• Support discovery work through research, light user interviews, and competitive scans.

• Provide 1:1, data-driven guidance to 10–15 coaches weekly on social media performance and strategy.
• Run quarterly workshops for coaches and monthly workshops for our Coach Account Managers (CAMs).
• Build and share case studies on high-performing coaches.
• Actively highlight coaches, ambassadors, and launches across channels to strengthen our community.
• Manage internal newsletters for top coaches with updates, content inspiration, and wins.
• Lead Avida’s social media strategy across all platforms — working with our Social Media Specialist on execution and growth.
• Develop seasonal content calendars around key launches, holidays, and community moments.
• Roll out quarterly social + email campaigns with clear KPIs.
• Create playbooks and templates to help coaches launch and grow with consistent, on-brand content.
• Maintain and update the Avida website and channels to reflect active coaches and success stories.
• Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, lead conversion, etc.) to show business impact.
• Build a “best practices” library and share weekly wins and insights across the team.
