About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the logistical organization of IPT meetings, workshops, and cross-functional syncs
Track open action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion
Maintain and update IPT master schedules, project trackers, and deliverable timelines
Log updates in project management tools
Monitor project execution against established baselines for timely delivery of digital architecture components
Analyze performance metrics, resource allocation, and budget data
Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, status reports, presentation slides, and briefing materials
Identify, document, and mitigate programmatic and technical risks associated with digital architecture and integration efforts
Support the Digital Architecture Integrated Product Team and serve as a central connector across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of experience
Fundamental project management skills
Background or experience in digital engineering, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks
Proficiency in tracking action items, maintaining master schedules, and using program management software such as MS Project and SharePoint
Experience with AMS Suite for Procurement Initiation Documents, SOWs, and J&A drafting and editing
Ability to use Excel and Microsoft Office tools with cloud-based teams and SharePoint
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required
