About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the logistical organization of IPT meetings, workshops, and cross-functional syncs
- Track open action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion
- Maintain and update IPT master schedules, project trackers, and deliverable timelines
- Log updates in project management tools
- Monitor project execution against established baselines for timely delivery of digital architecture components
- Analyze performance metrics, resource allocation, and budget data
- Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, status reports, presentation slides, and briefing materials
- Identify, document, and mitigate programmatic and technical risks associated with digital architecture and integration efforts
- Support the Digital Architecture Integrated Product Team and serve as a central connector across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Fundamental project management skills
- Background or experience in digital engineering, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Proficiency in tracking action items, maintaining master schedules, and using program management software such as MS Project and SharePoint
- Experience with AMS Suite for Procurement Initiation Documents, SOWs, and J&A drafting and editing
- Ability to use Excel and Microsoft Office tools with cloud-based teams and SharePoint
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
