About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Digital Architecture IPT activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
Track and manage action items, ensuring timely completion of tasks and coordination among cross-functional team members.
Maintain and update integrated master schedules, project trackers, milestone plans, and deliverable timelines.
Monitor project execution against established baselines and identify schedule impacts or potential risks.
Collect, analyze, and report program performance metrics, resource utilization, and budget-related data.
Develop executive-level briefings, dashboards, status reports, and other program management artifacts for leadership and stakeholders.
Assist in identifying, documenting, tracking, and mitigating programmatic and technical risks, issues, and opportunities.
Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
Utilize collaboration and project management tools to support program execution and information sharing across distributed teams.
Provide administrative and analytical support to Digital Architecture leadership as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements.
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience supporting program management, project coordination, systems engineering, digital engineering, or related activities.
Experience supporting schedules, deliverables, action item tracking, and status reporting within a project or program environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities.
