About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Digital Architecture IPT activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Track and manage action items, ensuring timely completion of tasks and coordination among cross-functional team members.
  • Maintain and update integrated master schedules, project trackers, milestone plans, and deliverable timelines.
  • Monitor project execution against established baselines and identify schedule impacts or potential risks.
  • Collect, analyze, and report program performance metrics, resource utilization, and budget-related data.
  • Develop executive-level briefings, dashboards, status reports, and other program management artifacts for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying, documenting, tracking, and mitigating programmatic and technical risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Utilize collaboration and project management tools to support program execution and information sharing across distributed teams.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Digital Architecture leadership as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience supporting program management, project coordination, systems engineering, digital engineering, or related activities.
  • Experience supporting schedules, deliverables, action item tracking, and status reporting within a project or program environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities.
