• Integral part of advisory projects, solution and market research for AVIA’s member network
• Analyze data, facilitate conversations, apply critical thinking, and build compelling client and member deliverables
• Assess trends, interpret data in context, and develop actionable recommendations that advance organizational objectives
• Manage day-to-day interactions with health system and solution company executives
• Create compelling data visualizations and leverage tools like Tableau, Excel, and LLMs/generative AI
• Conduct deep primary and secondary research (qualitative and quantitative) to deliver insights
• Build coherent narratives and presentations to drive decision-making and buy-in
• Deliver on-time, on-budget value to clients and members and manage priorities in a matrixed environment
