About the role

  • Partner with the Senior Production Manager to plan and execute event productions that deliver measurable results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event requestors.
  • Develop realistic project scopes and estimates, maintaining accountability for the budget and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct essential event site visits prior to productions to perform technical assessments of the space.
  • Provide expert production advice to clients and internal stakeholders, identifying creative solutions.
  • Coordinate postproduction projects and utilize basic editing experience to create corporate videos.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, or audio/visual production.
  • Strong knowledge of live event and video production technical solutions and familiarity with the hardware/software used in modern corporate environments.
  • Exceptional customer communication skills with a track record of being highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to conduct on-site technical evaluations to ensure production readiness.
  • Experience with basic non-linear editing for the creation of corporate video content.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude and "white-glove" service level during high-pressure live situations.
