Critical role in the success of the agency
Drive intricate eCommerce strategies
Showcase deep understanding of technical aspects such as third-party integrations and migrations
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams
Ensure successful launches of Shopify Plus websites for various brands
Strong project management skills and solid grasp of Shopify's capabilities
Navigate complexities and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' goals effectively
Client onboarding, relationship management, production plan scoping & management
Strong understanding of Ecommerce, Retention, CRO, and UX best practices
In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus capabilities
Manage client budget and track workload and time of strategists, designers, solutions, and developers

Work autonomously without micromanagement
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect/Engineer, or Technical Lead with focus on eCommerce platforms, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industry
Experience with Shopify required
Experience with Magento, Salesforce and/or custom platform migrations preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration (focus on eCommerce or digital marketing), or related discipline
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment
