About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Communicating with customers and distributors via e-mail with questions and concerns as needed
  • Responsible for setting up product support in NextGen application
  • Processing and fulfilling product orders in Dynamics
  • Assisting with any financial audit requests and providing necessary documentation to assist auditors, accounting, and finance
  • Updating and setting up customers in Customer Maintenance application
  • Processing Failed Key and License RMA’s and creating the orders in Dynamics
  • Processing License Modifications in licensing when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Business College graduate or equivalent work experience
  • Order processing experience preferred, in Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle
  • Great attitude with able to perform under pressure during busy peaks throughout the year (required availability end of months/quarters/end of year/Holidays)
