Architect and lead large-scale technical AI initiatives
Drive the implementation of AI technologies to solve real-world industrial problems
Identify, document, develop, and translate across AI technical architectures and AI business architectures
Proactively identify and help mitigate technical risks, AI infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges
Drive multi-threaded technical AI initiatives and translate emerging AI technology signals into technical and operational workflows
Architect and drive AI technical programs orchestrating complex technical decisions
Translate high-level business strategies into clear, actionable architectures
Partner cross-functionally to ensure technical feasibility

Requirements

12+ years of experience in AI technical program management
Significant experience (5+ years) managing complex AI/ML initiatives as an AI technical lead or AI engineer lead
Strong at abstraction and turning seemingly bespoke/one-off AI strategies into reusable patterns, templates and reference implementations
Exceptional technical background with deep intuition for applied AI in highly regulated industries
Proven experience having recently led large-scale AI programs
Recent experience with modern AI paradigms such as: world models, foundation models, and multi-modal language models; agent-based systems and orchestration; and context retrieval and augmentation techniques
Experience in highly regulated domains including industrial, IoT, life sciences, manufacturing, energy, or asset-intensive domains
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and matrixed teams
Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or a related technical field; Ph. D degree preferred
