About the role
- Directly manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Sales Managers
- Execute the global and regional partner territory plan
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Own the total partner-sourced and influenced revenue target
- Establish and enforce rules of engagement to minimize channel conflict
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science
- 10+ years of partner sales or alliance experience
- 3-5 years in a leadership/management role
- Proven track record in the industrial software or automation space
- Understanding of complex industrial sales cycles and technical architectures like IIoT, PLCs, and cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrable experience exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively (30%+)
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, P&L management
- Proficiency in leveraging CRM (Salesforce) and advanced analytics
