About the role

  • Lead and execute AVEVA's direct sales strategy within the Pacific region.
  • Engage with key customers, developing new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective delivery of AVEVA’s solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Pacific region.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage sales forecasting.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in direct sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value customer relationships and achieving revenue targets within the industrial or engineering software sector.
  • Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry trends and customer needs within the Pacific region.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of building, developing, and managing successful sales teams.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and data analytics tools to manage sales activities and drive insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
