About the role
- Qualify and develop new sales opportunities from inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and web inquiries.
- Execute timely, personalized outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage leads and convert interest into qualified opportunities.
- Research and assess inbound leads to evaluate lead fit and opportunity potential.
- Develop a solid understanding of AVEVA’s solutions and value propositions to clearly articulate how they address customer pain points and priorities.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage lead queues, engage prospects, and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Maintain a limited outbound opportunity target to develop prospecting skills in preparation for advancement into a senior outbound-focused SDR role.
- Consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics for lead follow-up, qualified opportunities, and pipeline progression through travel occasionally to attend and support AVEVA events.
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese, Spanish, English
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of sales or industry-relevant experience.
- A highly motivated, results-oriented mindset with a positive and determined approach to building a healthy, consistent pipeline of quality opportunities.
- A collaborative, self-starting attitude with strong energy and commitment to deliver results.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and gain a solid understanding of the value AVEVA’s solutions bring to customers.
- Creative and analytical thinking skills to identify market trends and uncover opportunities in your territory.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written), with confidence in engaging prospects.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand prospect needs, surface challenges, and relay insights effectively to the sales team.
