About the role
- Identify and engage customers that have not previously used AVEVA solutions
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and execute detailed account plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account management
- Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs
- Deliver compelling sales presentations
- Proactively address and resolve customer issues
- Use Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales methodology to manage sales pipeline
Requirements
- Proven track record in solution-based direct sales
- Business development experience with focus on acquiring new customers
- Ability to deliver against individual sales targets
- Experience in selling SaaS or DaaS solutions
- Ability to close complex software and product agreements
- Fluent in English and local language (min B2 level)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
