About the role

  • Identify and engage customers that have not previously used AVEVA solutions
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and execute detailed account plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support account management
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Proactively address and resolve customer issues
  • Use Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales methodology to manage sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Proven track record in solution-based direct sales
  • Business development experience with focus on acquiring new customers
  • Ability to deliver against individual sales targets
  • Experience in selling SaaS or DaaS solutions
  • Ability to close complex software and product agreements
  • Fluent in English and local language (min B2 level)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
