About the role
- Drive the overall product strategy, vision, and execution for Product Journey(s)
- Define and own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Set the strategic direction for multiple product lines
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
- Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Champion the responsible use of AI in product discovery
- Mentor a team of Sr. Product Managers and Product Managers
- Establish best practices for product discovery and execution
- Foster a customer-first, data-driven product culture
- Partner with engineering leadership for product development alignment
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams for product positioning
- Present product roadmaps and business cases to executive leadership
- Own product portfolio-level KPIs and ensure measurable impact
- Oversee prioritization across product teams and manage dependencies
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role within an enterprise SaaS environment
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing product teams
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, and subscription-based business models
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through product innovation
- Strong track record of developing and executing product strategy, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives, investors, and external stakeholders
- Expertise in technical feasibility assessments, customer research, AI-powered prototypes and analysis and business impact analysis
