About the role
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Worker Management (WM) for new clients
- Lead and facilitate client kick-off meetings
- Ensure client requirements documentation is accurate
- Define, manage, and deliver project plans
- Present and implement best-practice workflows
- Actively engage in contractor onboarding activities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME)
- Continuously analyze and improve implementation processes
- Provide structured product feedback to Product Management
- Collaborate with Product teams
- Conduct occasional onsite client visits
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
