- First point of contact for B2B customers and partners for AVES Launcher
- Analyze and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
- Maintain the knowledge base and tutorials
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, DevOps, or software development
- Strong knowledge of C++ and Python
- Familiarity with 3D file formats and GIS workflows
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- Clear communication skills in English and German
