About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the sales process from end to end.
  • This includes developing account plans to generate pipeline, securing contracts from brands and transitioning campaigns to execution teams.
  • Penetrate and develop high level customer relationships with senior leadership.
  • Develop strategies to position VMS media solutions to align with brand needs and bundle VMS products to maximize deal size, duration and close rate.
  • Deliver the business expectations, which includes carrying an individual quota >$10M.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting utilizing existing CRM tool.
  • Management of 1 Account Manager and collaboration with cross-functionals to support the sales process & deployment of campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 6+ years industry experience in CPG marketing/sales organizations with knowledge of Brand, Retail, Shopper Marketing and Retail Media landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving >100% on an individual quota of $6M+
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Master’s degree a plus
  • Hunter mentality.
