About the role
- Lead the Corporate Real Estate function as the senior strategic partner to Business teams and Executive leadership across all divisions globally.
- Direct and oversee the Company’s global real estate transactions, leading high-stakes contract negotiations for offices, production sites, and land.
- Provide executive oversight for leases, purchases, expansions, and renewals.
- Lead large-scale strategic real estate projects including global expansions, relocations, redevelopments, and disposal of land and buildings.
- Act as a senior consultant to internal partners, including Business Unit Presidents and Functional VPs.
- Direct the activities and negotiation strategies of global external service provider teams.
- Lead real estate due diligence for major M&A and investment projects, ensuring all transactions globally comply with internal governance, statutory requirements, and corporate financial standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred for Director level).
- Minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in large multinational corporations or global real estate brokerage, with a proven track record of managing international portfolios.
- Demonstrated mastery in leading complex real estate negotiations across multiple geographies with a deep understanding of global real estate practices and statutory requirements.
- Advanced financial acumen with the ability to perform complex financial modeling and synthesize data into strategic business recommendations for executive leadership.
- Superior organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations and influence stakeholders at the highest levels of the organization.
- Must be based in The Netherlands or UK and authorized to work without sponsorship.
