About the role
- Provide analytical support to financial processes
- Drive value to the business and manage risks
- Partner with commercial and senior leadership to ensure objectives are met
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
- Own analysis of Gross Margin and Operating Margin
- Design and manage financial impact of sales incentive plans
- Monitor accuracy and distribution of sales reports
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a medium to large manufacturing company
- Experience in a dynamic, multinational finance environment
- Bachelor's degree with MBA (preferably) / (CPA/CMA a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Proactive and independent self-starter
- Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace and BI analytical tools
