• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to educate and motivate patient audiences, driving awareness, adoption, and sustained engagement.
• Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to develop and implement patient website strategies, digital content, and omnichannel promotional materials that deliver a seamless and cohesive experience across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Patient Services and internal stakeholders to ensure that all marketing and patient support communications reflect a consistent, patient-centric message and optimize the end-to-end patient experience.

Senior Manager, Patient Marketing

Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic relationship of a designated portfolio of External Suppliers and/or Contract Manufacturers to ensure consistent, high-quality product supply
• Lead the internal Virtual Site Operations Team (VSOT), fostering effective collaboration across key functions including Supply Chain, External Supplier Quality (ESQ), Procurement, Controlling, Manufacturing Science & Innovation (MSI), and others
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with External Suppliers to drive performance, alignment, and continuous improvement
• Define and manage appropriate internal and external governance structures, ensuring regular engagement and accountability across stakeholders and suppliers
• Identify, assess, and communicate risks that may impact supply continuity, quality, or compliance
• Lead mitigation efforts in partnership with the VSOT and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as needed

Senior Manager, External Supply Operations

Director

• Develop and execute innovative contracting options that produce and maintain appropriate brand access, data access and brand profitability across Averitas product portfolio
• Manage the contract development, execution and maintenance of commercial, pharmacy and medical benefit agreements to support PBM/GPO like entities, Medicare Part D, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and PPA contracts
• Monitor price reporting for Average Sales Price (ASP) and CMS reimbursement methodologies in support of medical benefit agreements
• Monitor implications to Gross to Net (GTN) to support accurate forecasting and minimize fluctuation implications on revenue
• Responsible for analytic modeling to support requests for proposals (RFP)s
• Facilitate the contract negotiation process by analyzing customer contract redlines, and preparing responses for both internal discussions and external negotiations
• Perform timely and accurate calculation, authorization, payment and tracking of contractual rebates, chargebacks and fees

• Responsible for leading a team of field-based Key Account Managers (KAMs) to successfully achieve the Qutenza® commercial strategy for their region.

• Responsible for all commercial field-related activities and achieving business targets in their region.
• Hire, coach (including in the field), and develop teams in alignment with Averitas values and defined sales objectives.
• Lead the successful execution of the Commercial strategy for their region by regularly meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Actively review performance metrics for the region to ensure execution on brand strategy and support high unmet patient need within product therapeutic areas.
• Develop and communicate account sales forecasts, aligned goals and call plans with team members.
• Spend regular time in the field to ensure implementation and coaching on performance relative to objectives.
• Responsible for developing expert-level clinical and marketplace knowledge relative to Qutenza® and pain management relevant to business planning and execution.

Regional Business Director – Midwest

• Lead the negotiation process to secure favorable formulary placement, access, and reimbursement strategies for products across assigned accounts
• Lead the preparation of responses to RFPs, ensuring all requirements are met and value propositions are clearly communicated
• Collaborate with key decision-makers to drive improvements in clinical policies and formulary guidelines, ensuring alignment with market access goals
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for priority national accounts, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities
• Build and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers at national payers, PBMs, and GPOs, positioning the organization as a trusted partner

Account Manager

• Responsible for the successful growth of Qutenza® through execution of our Focused, Adaptive, and Efficient commercial business model.
• Accountable for educating healthcare providers as well as building and executing program strategies, interacting with C-Suites and executive teams, and pulling through complex IDN accounts including DoD, VA, Hospital, Academic and Privately owned accounts.
• Compliantly assisting with the market access needs of our customers, and operationalizing offices to achieve the territory goal.
• Create and execute strategic plans focused on achieving territory-specific goals/KPIs, utilizing organizational tools (CRM, data, DOMO, and other analytics) to identify relevant opportunities and ensure sales effectiveness.
• Engage with account C-Suite and executive teams, across multiple sites and locations, allowing for a clear understanding of how to develop the account into a site of care that provides seamless experience and continued access to QUTENZA for appropriate patients.
• Provide superior full-service account support regarding all aspects of product access and education, including training HCPs and staff on proper application guidelines of Qutenza® for optimal patient efficacy.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, staff, and national/regional KEEs as a trusted advisor.
• Build an influential network of supporters to expand QUTENZA’s awareness within these accounts, working with multiple departments (Endo, Pain, Podiatry, Neurology, etc.) and developing Alternate Sites of Care (ASOC).
