• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the U.S. compliance program, including policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring alignment with global frameworks while addressing U.S.-specific regulatory requirements
• Review, and implement (where possible) technology-enabled tools to improve program efficiency and effectiveness, including AI-driving monitoring tools and data analytics to enhance risk detection
• Provide strategic compliance guidance to Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and other functional teams
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies across key risk areas
• Oversee compliance training, monitoring, and auditing activities to ensure ongoing effectiveness and undertake compliance risk assessments
• Partner with Legal to manage internal investigations, issue resolution, and remediation efforts
• Support product launches and business initiatives with proactive compliance guidance
• Lead responses to audits, regulatory inspections, and government inquiries
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing compliance team
• Serve as a key influencer to senior leadership, helping shape compliance strategy and culture
• Champion and embed a culture of integrity, accountability, and patient-centric decision-making across the U.S. organization, influencing behaviors at all levels of the business
• Adapt and operationalize global compliance policies, training, and communications to align with U.S. regulatory requirements and evolving business needs
• Implement KPIs, create dashboards and regular reports to senior and global leadership
• Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing pragmatic compliance guidance that effectively balances risk management with business enablement

Compliance Officer

Manager

• Educate provider offices on access resources, including the Averitas HUB, benefit investigation services, patient support programs, cost savings tools, and billing and coding.
• Guide offices through reimbursement processes such as benefit verification, prior authorization, and appeals by providing virtual support and best practices.
• Serve as the virtual point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing access challenges and ensuring follow-through on actionable cases.
• Conduct virtual case reviews with office staff to assess patient status, address unmet needs, and help facilitate therapy initiation and adherence.
• Monitor payer requirements and trends to proactively identify access risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Field Access Managers, Key Account Managers, Payer Account Directors and HUB representatives to ensure coordinated support.
• Deliver virtual training and follow-up education to help practices remain confident and self-sufficient in navigating payer processes for QUTENZA.
• Accurately and compliantly document all interactions, insights, and access trends in CRM and internal reporting systems.
• Participate in internal meetings and business reviews to provide field-level feedback and inform strategic access planning.
• Follow up consistently with provider offices and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of access issues and next step execution.

Virtual Field Access Manager – vFAM

• Proactively provides in person (or virtual as needed) education to defined accounts and specialties within their assigned geographies
• Collaborates closely with key stakeholders to drive access and foster strategic partnerships
• Works collaboratively to gain support and remove obstacles throughout a patients journey for product access
• Interacts with accounts to support patient access and provides face-to-face education on programs
• Coordinates services closely with the Averitas Patient HUB and internal counterparts
