About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides personal care for elderly, convalescent or disabled persons in home or facility settings.
- Provides assistance to patients with their activities of daily living.
- Provides personal care for patients as directed and delegated by the nurse, according to the established plan of care.
- Provides services such as housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Drivers License - Licensing Board Upon Hire
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board If working in the state of Minnesota Upon Hire
- High School or GED Equivalent Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board
- Less than 1 year in home health care or related health care field
