Drivers License - Licensing Board Upon Hire
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board If working in the state of Minnesota Upon Hire
High School or GED Equivalent Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board
Less than 1 year in home health care or related health care field
