About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assists in coordinating, planning, implementing, and facilitating programs and counseling services on an outpatient basis
- Conducts individual, family, or group therapy sessions
- Assesses progress of clients/patients and modifies treatment program accordingly
- Intervenes as crisis counselor in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health (LPC-MH) or Clinical Social Worker - Practitioner in Private Practice (CSW-PIP) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active license in the state of practice upon hire
- 4-6 years of related experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and providing individual counseling services
- Clinical experience with couples and/or family therapy
