- Provides assistance to residents with their activities of daily living
- Performs routine duties and non-routine duties as directed by nursing staff
- Documents concise and factual information on the appropriate forms
- Provide feedback to nursing staff immediately on status or changes in patient conditions

Requirements
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Licensing Board Upon Hire
- Six months related experience and/or training
- Must be 18 years or older
