About the role
- Oversees the Dell Rapids and Flandreau Avera Patient Access Department.
- Coordinates all patient access functions including financial clearance and prearrival collections.
- Develops and implements departmental procedures, tools, and techniques for quality registrations.
- Interacts with Revenue Cycle Health Informatics and IT for software system optimization.
- Integrates the patient access department into primary functions of hospitals' overall systems.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in the hospital revenue cycle process required.
- Knowledge of patient access and front-end revenue cycle coordination.
- Experience developing training content.
