About the role
- Coordinate and deliver occupational therapy services based on health diagnosis
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs
- Evaluate assigned patients using data from various sources
- Provide direct therapy services using various functional settings and strategies
- Establish and modify intervention goals based on ongoing evaluations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- 1-3 years clinical patient care experience preferred
- Knowledge of age-specific factors for patients from infant through geriatrics
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
