About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and advise employees and managers on all HR matters
HR management: You oversee the entire employee life cycle
Responsible for payroll and master data maintenance in collaboration with our tax advisor
Manage recruiting and employer branding via Personio together with the departments
Initiate and implement HR projects: digitization and process optimization
Ensure compliance with labor, social security and data protection regulations as well as occupational health and safety

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience (min. 5 years) as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
Strong advisory skills and a solution-oriented working style
Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
Ideally experience with the HRIS system Personio
Willingness to regularly be on-site at our attractive Offenburg office
