- Onboarding & platform implementation (DoneWithYou & DoneForYou)
- AI prompting & architecture (strategic design & review)

- Technical support (Level 2–3)
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or working with SaaS/platform customers
- Structured, proactive, and strong communication skills
- Technical understanding, particularly around AI, automation and platform architectures
- Ideally initial experience with prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or AI tools
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and digital CS processes
- Enjoy working with clients, strategic thinking and hands-on operational implementation
