About the role

  • Onboarding & platform implementation (DoneWithYou & DoneForYou)
  • AI prompting & architecture (strategic design & review)
  • Enablement & time-to-value
  • Strategic account management

  • Technical support (Level 2–3)

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or working with SaaS/platform customers
  • Structured, proactive, and strong communication skills
  • Technical understanding, particularly around AI, automation and platform architectures
  • Ideally initial experience with prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or AI tools
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and digital CS processes
  • Enjoy working with clients, strategic thinking and hands-on operational implementation
