About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Aveni Assist roadmap end-to-end
  • Balance investment between new capabilities, product quality and platform improvements
  • Lead continuous discovery with advisers, paraplanners, compliance teams and prospects
  • Build a deep understanding of customer workflows and translating insight into product decisions
  • Rapidly validate ideas using prototypes, customer research and experimentation
  • Own beta programmes for new capabilities
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate strategy into delivery plans
  • Build strong relationships across Engineering, Customer Success, Commercial and Marketing
  • Use customer feedback, usage analytics and product metrics to guide prioritisation, measure success and improve the product
  • Stay informed about industry trends, adviser technology and FCA regulation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience scaling an established product by improving customer satisfaction, adoption and retention
  • Demonstrable experience leading customer discovery, translating customer insight into product decisions
  • Working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality software
  • Excellent product judgement and strong communication skills
  • Confident to make difficult prioritisation decisions, balancing customer needs with commercial objectives
  • Analytically rigorous, comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Capable of building trusted relationships across technical and commercial teams
  • Proactive, self-directed and passionate about improving products through continuous iteration and customer feedback
