About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the Agent Approve and Detect product roadmaps end to end
Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects and internal stakeholders
Translate ideas and customer problems into low- and high-fidelity prototypes
Work closely with engineering and design to turn strategy into well-defined delivery plans
Build strong relationships across engineering, commercial, customer success and marketing
Stay close to industry trends, regulatory developments and competitor activity
Use data and metrics to inform prioritisation and measure success of shipped features

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience owning a roadmap from discovery through to delivery
Domain expertise in financial services, compliance, risk or regulatory technology
Experience leading stakeholder discovery and translating insights into product strategy
Strong product judgement and clear communication skills
Ability to define direction and explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences
Analytically rigorous and capable of building trusted relationships with engineers, designers and senior commercial stakeholders
Self-directed, proactive and comfortable operating in early-stage or ambiguous product environments
