About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and support Security Operations Center (SOC) activities in a 24/7 shift environment
  • Perform continuous security monitoring, event analysis, and incident detection
  • Respond to and manage security incidents following established incident response procedures
  • Monitor, analyze, and investigate security alerts generated by SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms
  • Perform log monitoring, analysis, and management to identify potential security threats and anomalies
  • Escalate and document security incidents in accordance with operational procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational and security issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Windows and Linux system administration
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
  • Experience working with ticketing system/s
  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in a multi-user environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
