Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using PHP (CakePHP/Laravel)
Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript and a modern framework (Vue.js) when needed
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices
Ensure high code quality through automated testing and code reviews
Work with SQL databases, including schema design and query optimisation
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of strong backend experience with PHP, including frameworks such as CakePHP or Laravel
Good knowledge of JavaScript
Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js (as a plus)
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
Strong interest in type safety and writing reliable code
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
Good knowledge of SQL and database design fundamentals
Upper-Intermediate level of English
