About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design end-to-end solutions in line with architectural principles and company strategy
Design and deliver E2E solutions for customer migrations, including target architecture design, migration strategy (waves, cutover, fallback scenarios) and impact assessment on key IT systems and business processes
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solutions
Create and maintain architectural documentation (HLD, LLD)
Define integration scenarios and data flows between systems
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align solutions with the target architecture
Evaluate technology options and select appropriate solutions
Manage architectural decisions and governance throughout the project lifecycle
Support development teams during implementation of architectural designs
Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies
Participate in architectural reviews and approval processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of IT experience, with a demonstrable background in a Solution Architect role
Proficient in SQL, React, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, OpenAPI, MQ, and middleware, with a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving
Strong understanding of distributed systems, integration architectures, and API/event-driven design; solid command of JSON and XML
Working knowledge of architectural frameworks and standards; ability to read and interpret Java code
Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale, complex enterprise projects
Structured, analytical thinker with a strong end-to-end perspective and the ability to connect technical decisions to broader business outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business audiences; fluent in Czech or Slovak and English, both spoken and written
