Requirements
- Strong professional experience working with Java and the Spring/Spring Boot frameworks
- A solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a commitment to writing maintainable, high-quality code
- The ability to dissect complex analytical requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications
- A proactive approach to self-education and a genuine desire to share knowledge and mentor others across the team
- Basic knowledge of the Kotlin language is a plus
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Code Reviews, and general DevOps methodologies is a plus
- Experience working with asynchronous systems like Kafka or MQ is a plus
