About the role

  • You take an active role in team ceremonies.
  • You engage in Technical Demos sessions and other knowledge-sharing activities.
  • You produce clean and maintainable code, consistently adhering to the team’s established best practices.
  • You perform effective code reviews, helping uphold best practices and business requirements while communicating in a constructive and respectful way.
  • You contribute to keeping development and staging environments stable (“green”) by identifying and resolving issues in test pipelines.
  • You follow the incident management process both during regular working hours

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong expertise in .NET or similar frameworks/libraries.
  • Solid experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or comparable systems.
  • DevOps experience is considered a plus (CI/CD, logging, monitoring, etc.).
  • Experience in developing APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.) and working with design patterns such as MVC or microservices.
  • Comfortable engaging in discussions around technologies and system architecture
