Customer Support (Travel) — German & English

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide inbound customer support by phone and in writing within the travel sector
- Assist customers with holiday planning and support sales efforts
- Advise customers on the client’s products
- Deliver high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat contact
- Handle call documentation and follow-up tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or a strong technical affinity
- Stable internet connection and a quiet home-office workspace
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for active selling
- Self-motivated, disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently (freelancer model)
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and on-call duties
- Interest in travel topics is an advantage
