About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You're the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers – handling their questions around orders, returns, products, and their overall shopping experience.
Inbound calls and written customer communication (email/chat) in Dutch
Order management, returns processing, and general customer inquiries
Providing product information and shopping advice
Accurate documentation of each case in the CRM system
Close collaboration with your team and Team Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need

First experience in customer service – ideally in an e-commerce, fashion, or contact center environment
Native-level Dutch (written and spoken) – this is a must
Good English skills for internal communication and training
Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer contact
Self-motivation and discipline for independent remote work
Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital systems
