About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telephone and written inbound customer support in the travel/tourism sector
- Support customers in their holiday planning with a sales-oriented approach

Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or strong technical affinity
- Stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace
- Strong communication skills and a passion for active selling
- Self-motivated, disciplined and reliable, able to work independently (freelancer model)
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts and on-call duties
- Interest in travel and tourism is a plus
