Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or strong technical affinity
Stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace
Strong communication skills and a passion for active selling
Self-motivated, disciplined and reliable, able to work independently (freelancer model)
Willingness to work shifts, including night shifts and on-call duties
Interest in travel and tourism is a plus
