About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop Change Order team members through training, one-on-ones, and ongoing feedback
  • Manage daily workflows and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of Change Order processes
  • Monitor team performance and ensure daily, monthly, and quarterly goals are met
  • Handle escalated issues, technical concerns, and patient complaints
  • Analyze team metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee quality assurance and documentation accuracy
  • Ensure processes follow HIPAA, regulatory, and company compliance requirements
  • Partner with other departments to resolve patient concerns and improve workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of management experience required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience managing workflows, performance metrics, and team priorities
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Reliable high-speed internet suitable for call center and communication systems
  • Professional, camera-ready presence during virtual meetings
  • Strong time-management, accountability, and self-management skills
  • Ability to maintain a secure workspace and protect confidential patient information
