About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and oversee care plans from admission to discharge
  • Conduct in-home supervisory visits and provide direct care as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active RN license in the applicable state
  • Associate’s, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Nursing
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
  • Clinical experience per state/federal guidelines
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs
  • Ability to work in varied home settings, with potential exposure to allergens and infectious diseases
  • Must meet required health and vaccination standards, subject to applicable medical or religious exemptions
  • Preferred: Home health or private duty leadership experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication
  • Leadership and team development skills
  • Knowledge of home care regulations and documentation
