Patient Support Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy
- Provide information and answer questions regarding services and orders
- Accurately complete data entry tasks daily in a timely manner
- Manage daily and monthly metric and KPI goals
- Participate in virtual meetings with a professional, camera-ready presence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the medical industry/ familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare)
- Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and respiratory-related patient support preferred
- High-school diploma or GED
