Key responsibilities & impact

Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy
Provide information and answer questions regarding services and orders
Accurately complete data entry tasks daily in a timely manner
Manage daily and monthly metric and KPI goals
Participate in virtual meetings with a professional, camera-ready presence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the medical industry/ familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare)
Experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and respiratory-related patient support preferred
High-school diploma or GED
