About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Quality Assurance Coordinator assists in maintaining client files, care provider files, electronic system integrity, preparing for audits, and reviewing documentation as needed.

- Perform Weekly Audits.
- Actively participates in, and completes progress reports and meetings.
- Maintain integrity of client and care provider files.
- Monitor compliance to policies and procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year experience in quality improvement preferred or directly related field.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
- High School or GED required, College a PLUS.
- Accurate data entry skills.
