About the role

  • Lead the planning and optimization of paid campaigns and Demandbase orchestration
  • Act as a central point of contact for our international media ecosystem
  • Create and execute acquisition strategies designed to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and brand authority
  • Rigorously monitor funnel performance and attribution models
  • Work closely with Campaign, Creative, and Content counterparts to align ad copy and landing page experiences

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
  • Proven ability to work effectively across time zones and partner with external agencies and internal specialists
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong hands-on experience using Demandbase (or similar ABM platforms)
  • Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and attribution models
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
