About the role
- Lead the planning and optimization of paid campaigns and Demandbase orchestration
- Act as a central point of contact for our international media ecosystem
- Create and execute acquisition strategies designed to drive qualified leads, pipeline, and brand authority
- Rigorously monitor funnel performance and attribution models
- Work closely with Campaign, Creative, and Content counterparts to align ad copy and landing page experiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
- Proven ability to work effectively across time zones and partner with external agencies and internal specialists
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong hands-on experience using Demandbase (or similar ABM platforms)
- Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and attribution models
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
