About the role

  • Support the development and delivery of digital learning and sales enablement experiences
  • Contribute to content creation for presentations, job aids, playbooks, microlearning videos, etc.
  • Administer LMS, including user accounts, roles, and content/course uploads
  • Serve as first-line support for platform users
  • Track and report on key adoption metrics
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support enablement initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting LMS or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo)
  • Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint, narrative structuring, microlearning videos)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, database applications)
  • Strong attention to detail and practical judgment
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid, near-office, or virtual setup
  • Strong English skills (oral and written)
