About the role
- Support the development and delivery of digital learning and sales enablement experiences
- Contribute to content creation for presentations, job aids, playbooks, microlearning videos, etc.
- Administer LMS, including user accounts, roles, and content/course uploads
- Serve as first-line support for platform users
- Track and report on key adoption metrics
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support enablement initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting LMS or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo)
- Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint, narrative structuring, microlearning videos)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, database applications)
- Strong attention to detail and practical judgment
- Willingness to work in a hybrid, near-office, or virtual setup
- Strong English skills (oral and written)
